The Glenallachie Distillery, one of Scotland's few independently owned and managed distilleries. led by veteran, Billy Walker, who boasts an almost 50 years tenure in whisky. Nestled at the foot of Ben Rinnes, the distillery lies at the hearth of the Speyside, with a focus upon quality over quantity.

Spanning 16 on-site warehouses holding over 50000 casks, their passionate team have complete control of the en-to-end maturation process, giving them the freedom to make decisions for all the right reasons.

They have a fermentation process of 160 hours, thats a long fermentation and distilled in a set of independently operated pot stills.
