Ardbeg

Been producing whisky since 1798 with the commercial productionstarting in 1815. Located on the south coast of Islay. They produce a heavily peated Islay whisky by using malted barley. Ardbeg is Scottish Gaelic for “The Small Promontory”.

For over 200 years, Ardbeg has been made on the small, remote Scottish Isle of Islay. Ardbeg has been called "as close to perfection as makes no difference" by whisky connoisseurs. Ardbeg truly deserves its incredible reputation. Its a whisky that's worshipped around the world. In the past ten years, 6 different Ardbeg expressions have won prestigious titles including World Whisky of the Year, Scotch Whisky of the Year and World's Best Single Malt.
