They only botlle when the cask is remarkable not when it's marketable. Located in England but owning casks from all over the world, they bottle all of their products locally in Campbeltown.

It's what is inside the bottle that counts. Their selection of casks is a massive part of that and they concentrate hugely on it. They own thousands of casks so they have a wide variety to choose from for bottling now and future releases. The selection of cask is key for them to select high quality whisky with a varied range of ages, cask types and distillery styles. They own casks from over 100 Scottish distilleries and many from other countries.

They have no sale targets, what means they can stay true to their ethos and focus on the quality of what they bottle not the quantity. They only release what they want to bottle.
