Their whisky is result of their way and know-how of introducing the distillate to the oak wood.
They started distilling in 2004 and sold there first bottles in 2007. Elected to European Single cask Whisky of the Year 2011 with a quotation 95,5% by Jim Murray in the Whisky Bible.
In 2013 they started distilling in ex-Caperdonich stills, a closed Speyside distillery.
