Nose: Citrusy quality, lemons, rose pepper, unripe pears and floral touches. Soft vanilla themewith very light coconut.

Palate: bright citrus note with pepper and coconut, almond and grainy/grassy notes. Creamyer towards the end/

Finish: Not to long with lemon and grains.

Nose: Thick, raisins, pears, chocolate and sticky toffee pudding. Caramel all over with vanilla and mocha notes.

Palate: Creamy with the same syrupy raisin character. Fig syrup, mocha, cinnamon and caramel. You have to like things sweet and syrupy.

Finish: Medium long, still caramelly with a growing warm spiciness.

Nose: Dates and walnuts, with some chocolate sauce. Bright hints of fresh barley and green apple.

Palate: Coffee ice cream, dried peels, the fragrance of potpourri and buttery pastry.

Finish: Still chocolate with marmalade and almond flakes.

Nose: Sponge cake with jam and cream, apricot and a hint of smoke.

Palate: Smoky notes come upfront on the palate, though fragrant vanilla and honey overwhelm

Finish: Apple, coffee and some walnut cake with a touch of forests floor.

Nose: Grainy at first, dusty cereals, mashed potatoes and bread. picks up freshness after time, lemons, floral, vanilla and shortbread.

Palate: Peppery notes and oak, giving a boost right away. Barley at the back, ginger, walnuts. Hint of pears and banana.

Finish: Long, fairly oaky with custard sweetness and a hint of fortified wine

Nose: Soft on the nose, apricot juicy and dry, vanilla, red fruits and some chocolate.

Palate: Powerfull and warm, dried raisins, old cognac, woodsmoke and a hint of espresso.

Finish: Long and satisfying, prume and cirtus, chocolate with spiciness
