Finish: Spicy, and long, cinnamon and cloves, with orange zest and sherry

Nose: Toffee apples, acacia honey, nectarinin syrup and spice, toasted barley in the background

Palate: Over-ripe grapes, honeyed with vanilla, coconut milk and oak spice, chocolate ice-cream

Finish: Long, oily with lingering coffee notes

Nose: Honeycomb, vanilla tablet, oakiness and oatcakes

Palate: Chocolate peanuts, mint, citrus peels, maritime elements and white pepper

Finish: Toffee, brine and lemon

Nose: Grain, slightly floral, minerals, orchard fruit, malt, honey, citrus

Palate: Light, floral, spices

Finish: Stereotypical Speyside whisky, consistent

Palate: Lovely and round, honeyed, vanilla perfumed smoke, coastal elements, dark peat, oily sweetness

Finish: Classic hearth of Bowmore, fruity, smoky and coastal

Nose: Beach bonfires, salted crisps, brown sugar and liquorice

Palate: Sea breeze, earthy peat, peanut, oak, flamed orange peel

Finish: Heavy peat smoke sticks around for minutes on the finish
